The Rod Ends is a spherical slide bearing incorporating a spherical inner ring with precision and hardness equivalent to that of steel Ball Bearings. It provides very smooth rotating and oscillating motion without play. Rod ends are available with left or right hand female (internal) or male (external) threads.
Rod Ends are classified broadly into the self – lubricating type with a solid PTFE based liner and the lubrication type in which contact between the inner and outer rings is metal – to – metal.
